TOS Ministries started in 1987 with Jobst and Charlotte Bittner and a few  other friends. Discover the Congregations, Prayer Ministries, and Social Ministries that have been birthed in Germany and all over the world since then. The various Training Programs are ideal for staff in the many different ministries. You can find original videos and music from TOS Ministries under Music & Arts – music, dance and any form of creativity as an expression to honor God are vital elements of daily life in the Church and the entire ministry. 

Jobst und Charlotte Bittner

The founders and leaders of TOS, Jobst and Charlotte Bittner, came to Tübingen more than 30 years ago as students. Not in their wildest dreams  could they have imagined what was to grow from their small beginnings as a tiny prayer group.
