Pastors and Staff

Eddie Incedi is a qualified wholesale and foreign trade merchant and serves as a children’s and family pastor. He is also a passionate musician who loves leading people into God’s presence as a worship leader. Eddie is married to Isabell and has two children.

Guido Kasch is a graduate engineer in electronics and started pastoring at TOS Church Tübingen and TOS Center in the Swabian Alb in 2007. Guido has been married to Gudula since 1993 and has two children.

Gudula Kasch is a trained carpenter and part of the pastoral team of TOS Church Tübingen. She mentors the various bands and is the worship leader of the band BE´ER SHEVA. Gudula has been married to Guido since 1993 and they have two children.

Günter Kötzer studied Graphic Design and is part of the pastoral team at TOS Church Tübingen. As Prayer Pastor, Günter is in charge of the various prayer ministries within TOS internationally. Günter has been married to Claudia since 1994 and they have two children.

Claudia Kötzer is a social worker and part of the pastoral team at TOS Church Tübingen. Claudia is in charge of counseling, counseling training, and also for the Healing Room at TOS Church. Claudia has been married to Günter since 1994 and they have two children.

Frank Pfeiffer is a travel agent and runs his own travel agency. As a part of the pastoral team of TOS Church Tübingen, Frank and his wife Bärbel have shared the responsibility for the youth and young adult ministries since 1996. Frank and Bärbel have been married since 1995 and they have two children.

Bärbel Pfeiffer completed her training as retail sales woman and is part of the pastoral team of TOS Church Tübingen. She is in charge of the counseling ministry in the church. Together with her husband Frank, they lead the ministry for youth and young adults. Bärbel has been married to Frank since 1995 and has two children.

Heinz Reuss studied Business Administration and is a part of the pastoral team of TOS Church Tübingen. Heinz is in charge of the training programs, young adult ministries, and public relations for TOS Ministries internationally. Heinz has been married to Ann-Caroline since 2013 and has two children.

Thomas Waldert studied Business Administration and is part of the pastoral team of TOS Church Tübingen. He is the general manager for all full-time employees, as well as for conferences with TOS Ministries. Thomas has been married to Simone since 1993 and they have two children.

Ari Bittner studied history. He works in project management for the March of Life. He is also a staff member at the TOS School of Ministry and a member of the band Kehatim. He has been married to Judith since 2020.

Michaela Buckel studied Historical and Cultural Anthropology with emphasis in Remembrance Culture and Museology. Michaela has been on full-time staff for remembrance work at TOS Ministries since 2016. This includes “Hanukkah Days” and the permanent exhibit “Uncover - Discover - Breaking the Silence”.

Hannah Rager is trained in Media Design and has been in charge of graphic design in print production and digital media for TOS Ministries since 2012. Hannah is married to Timo.

Frank Drewes completed his training as installation technician and has been working as facility manager and light technician at TOS Church Tübingen since 2011.

Rose Dürr is a trained bank clerk and has been in charge of the overall financial management for TOS Ministries since 1993. Rose trains and manages full- and part-time staff in his area as well.

Leonie Feininger studied History and Jewish Studies. She is responsible for public relations and serves as an assistant to Jobst Bittner; she also works with the "Die Decke des Schweigens" initiative. Leonie is a member of the dance group YC Dance and leads the student ministry "Connect" together with a team. She has been married to Albert since July 2023.

Stefan Klein is a brand strategist and graphic designer. He develops branding and public relations for TOS Werk. Stefan is a member of the worship band Be’er Sheva and has been married to Carolin since 2023.

Hannah Kubsch studied theology and has been in full-time ministry since November 2019. She has been responsible for TOS Publishing since October 2020. Hannah has been married to Florian since 2016.

Felix Kunze studied Applied Media. He is responsible for PR for the "March of Life" and leads the congregation's youth ministry together with a team. Felix is ​​also a member of the church leadership team.
He has been married to Kim since 2018 and has one child.

Heidi Lehmann completed her training as specialized sales assistant in the food trade and has been working as a receptionist at TOS Church Tübingen since 2009. Heidi manages a multitude of tasks including but not limited to office communication, guest coordinating and hospitality, as well as in-house coordination.

Claudia Möllenhoff is a trained educator and has been on prayer ministry staff since 2016. Her role includes coordinating and developing different aspects of the prayer ministry and looking after the 24/7 prayer chain.

Anne Möller studied Ethnology with a major in Latin America. Anne has been part of the leadership team of TOS Ministries International since 2011 and in 2018 she became chair of the board. Her special focus is on the projects in South America as well as further education for missionaries and both long- and short-term volunteers.

Tina Pompe studied Educational Science and has been part of the leadership team of TOS Ministries International since 1999. As project coordinator, Tina is in charge of preparation and implementation of world-wide aid projects. Additionally, Tina serves as interpreter for the English language.

Matthias Rowley studied Digital Film Production and has been in charge of media and film for TOS Ministries since 2016. Matthias has been married to Siyu since 2012.

Rebekka Schmelzle arbeitet im Bereich Eventmanagement und assistiert bei der Planung und Koordination von Konferenzen, Gemeinde-Events und Open-Air-Veranstaltungen. 

Christiane Schowalter has been working in accounting since 1995. She is married to Harald and has three adult children.

Carmen Shamsianpur is an Islamic studies scholar, historian, and freelance journalist. She is a sought-after speaker at conferences focusing on Israel and the Middle East. As the Israel representative for the TOS organization, she serves as the contact person for the ACTS2:42 network.

Josefine Stahl is a trained literary scholar and has headed TOS Verlag since 2026. She also contributes to the congregation's children's program.

Simone Waldert has been working in the accounting department since 2007. She is married to Thomas and has two adult children.
