Over 20 years ago, a round-the-clock prayer initiative began in Tübingen. Several hundred people regularly participate in this 24/7 prayer chain, taking on three-hour prayer shifts.
The rhythm of the prayer follows the model of the Hiberno-Scottish monks in Bangor: one hour of adoration, one hour of reading the Word, and one hour of intercession.

Furthermore, there is a 24/7 prayer chain at the TOS congregation in Leipzig. In addition, seven other prayer centers have been established within the TOS organization: in Berlin, Svetlagorsk (Belarus), Bangor (Northern Ireland), La Paz (Bolivia), New York (USA), and Jerusalem (Israel).

The tabernacle is a place for a special encounter with God. Following the biblical model of the Tabernacle (Exodus 40), spaces dedicated exclusively to the presence of God have been established at many TOS locations since 2003. Here, one can seek God in silent prayer, read the Bible, linger in His presence, and listen for His voice.

As part of the expansion of the TOS Community and Conference Center in Tübingen, the Tübingen Tabernacle relocated in 2022 to modern, redesigned premises. It is open to guests there on Sundays from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., prior to the church service.
