In March 2017, I went for a medical exam because of sharp back pain and numbness in my left leg. I was diagnosed with a  herniated disc. I was operated on for the first time on April 21 because neither the usual treatment methods nor pain medication proved effective. However, neither this surgery nor a second surgical operation one week later brought about a significant improvement. After three weeks in hospital and seven weeks of rehabilitation, I was only able to walk a few hundred meters by myself with sharp pains and using a walker. Otherwise I had to rely on a wheel chair. My left leg showed signs of paralysis. I needed assistance with everyday activities such as putting on socks or cooking. According to the doctors, it could have taken two years until something would possibly improve. Yet at the Awakening Fire Conference 2017 in Tuebingen the miracle happened: as David Hogan prayed for me in the name of Jesus, I was able to walk again and since then I have not needed a wheelchair once!
